Last week, The New Yorker put out an article on how inflation was impacting a small BBQ restaurant in the Texas Hill Country. It was filled with great economics examples, so I wrote about it for yesterday’s post:
Week 29 is over and I’m still at 28 books for the year. I’ve now fallen back behind being on track for one per week, but I made some progress last week despite the move. I started a new book that was released last month called Rogues: True Stories of Grifters, Killers, Rebels and Crooks. The book is a collection of different true-crime stories that the author has written about during his career. I’m attempting to read one story every day in addition to the other books I’m reading. I imagine I’ll have updates for you next week!
