If you missed yesterday’s post, it focused on changing the perspectives around high gas prices:
Week 10 is over and I’m up to 8 books for the year. I was able to knock out a new fiction book, Salt to the Sea, while we were traveling. It was different than a lot of the WWII historical fiction I’ve read before and seemed to really focus on the characters in the story more than the Nazis/Russians. The book was centered on the sinking of the Wilhelm Gustloff, which I hadn’t heard of before.
